How to Apply

If you find an apartment that you are interested in renting please fill out and return to our office an application available on the Forms page.

Please return your application with the $20 application fee (which is for the credit check), and also a copy of your Photo ID.

The application process takes about 1-3 days depending on how long it takes to get your rental references.

The application process takes about 1-3 days depending on how long it takes to get your rental references.

If you would like to hold an apartment until your application is approved, please print the “Holding Agreement” form from the Forms page, and mail it in with $300 to hold the unit you like. This $300 does go towards the Security deposit on the apartment you are holding. 

Once your application is approved and the apartment is ready you will be responsible for the remainder of the deposit and the
Pro-Rated Rent.
