How to Apply

If you find an apartment that you are interested in renting, please fill out and return to our office an application, which is available on the Forms page.

Please return your application with the $20 application fee (which is for the credit check) and a copy of your Photo ID.

The application process takes about 1-3 days depending on how quickly we can get a hold of your rental references.

If you would like to hold an apartment until your application is approved, please print the “Holding Agreement” from the Forms page, and mail it in with $300 to effectively place a hold on the unit of your choosing. Upon accepted application, this $300 will be deducted from the security deposit at the time of payment.

Once your application is approved and the apartment is ready you will be responsible for the remainder of the deposit and the pro-rated rent.
